Massachusetts Sex Therapist

Sarah Chotkowski, LICSW

I’m a recovering perfectionist who still finds reassurance in routine. I’m a lover of the urban fantasy genre, a fledgling embroidery artist and nail art enthusiast.

I know what it feels like to be held hostage by unreasonable expectations and I’ve helped hundreds of my patients create colorful, pleasure-filled lives. My favorite compliment I ever got from a patient was that I was “shockingly non-judgmental for a book person”.

I am queer, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, pleasure-positive and passionate about working with people who practice Ethical Non-Monogamy/Polyamory and folks who have been or are involved in sex work. If you’ve canceled plans because your book was just getting good, and you want to feel alive without ruining your life, then I think we’ll get along just fine.
